Purposes

To answer your requests, perform our contracts (interventions, reports, invoicing) and keep our services secure. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Contact requests: 3 years after the last exchange. Contract data and invoices: statutory accounting retention period. Security logs: 12 months.

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. A technical session cookie is set only when you use a form or the client portal. Your theme preference (light / dark) is stored in your browser.
